Here’s what our TNT Technicians do:

AIR-CONDITIONING AND HEAT PUMP

• Check compressor pressures
• Check for proper refrigerant charge
• Leak test & repair leaks if system is short
• Inspect relays and contactors
• Check electrical connections
• Check running & starting amperes
• Brush & clean condensing coil
• Thoroughly clean outside unit
• Lubricate blowers & fans
• Lubricate blowers & fans Check cooling coil, clean if necessary
• Check out condensate drain lines
• Vacuum or replace filters (supplied by customer)
• Check air temp at inside & outside coils
• Check for vibration & noise

GAS FURNACES

• Clean burners
• Inspect flue pipes
• Check heat exchanger for leaks
• Check burner adjustment
• Vacuum heat exchanger & flue pipe if needed
• Check for adequate supply of combustion air
• Check fuel pressure
• Clean and adjust pilot or ignition

ELECTRIC FURNACES

• Check individual heating elements for proper operation
• Check sequence controls for proper operation
• Inspect all relay contactors
• Check all wiring
• Check voltage with furnace in operation
• Check blower for cleanliness, remove and clean if necessary
